'Con'nected?
It’s wild to me — as society becomes more digitally connected, the average person seems increasingly isolated. How can that be?

Our ancestors relied on proximity for survival. Tribes. Communities. Shared meals. Physical interaction. Now we “connect” through WiFi, but feel... what? Distant. Disjointed. Disillusioned. We scroll past birthday without ever picking up the phone.
Don’t get me wrong — the internet gave access to ideas. To inspiration. To platforms I never would’ve reached. But it also taught me how to perform. Posts for likes. Comment for validation. Are any of my thoughts my own?

So... are we really connected?
I think real connection starts with vulnerability. Sitting with someone — not just physically, but emotionally. Soothing sounds. Listening deeply. Showing up.
Some days I’d trade 100 notifications for one quiet moment with someone who sees me.

#BrainStream is my way of trying to connect. Not perfectly. Not performatively. But honestly.
If you’re reading this, maybe you’re trying to do the same.
Thanks for being here.
